SW8494 | 16 May 2023 Senior Regional Support Engineer
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in I.T. or related field.
  • At least 5 years working experience in supporting the regional user workspace environment, IT infrastructure operations and projects.
  • Extensive knowledge in managing and administrating Active Directory, Microsoft 365 enterprise apps, and Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid environment.
  • Solid experience in Intune & Workspace One, Windows Servers, Windows 10, Skype for Business and MS Teams, Microsoft configuration manager & PowerShell scripting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively provide 2nd/3rd level support.
  • Must be able to communicate in English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) for verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies would be an advantage.
  • Others: Business travel may be required
