Analyst Programmer
- Assist Project Manager in managing and supporting B2B digital platforms.
- Maintain and provide technical support for the web application, including user support for application functions, data patching, troubleshooting, fixing, deployment, and ad-hoc user requests.
- Develop and implement code changes and fixes to ensure that the platform functions as intended and meets quality standards.
- Conduct system tests, regression tests and DR drill on the application software and support users in UAT, such as setting up testing environments.
- Co-ordinate with third party vendors in defects fixing and application enhancement.
- Monitor the platform's performance and ensure that it meets service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain documentation of support procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- University degree / Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience in large scale web project development and SDLC from requirements gathering, analysis, development, UAT and production release.
- Experience in some of the followings would be an added advantage:
- Java, SpringBoot, ReactJS, Python
- REST API, micro-services architecture
- RDBMS, PL/SQL, Elastic Search, Open Search
- K6, Katalon, Browserstack
- Experience in working in AWS Cloud, DevOps environment, Agile and Scrum. methodologies/principles are preferred.
- Eager to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic IT environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese.
