  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, VC operation, mobile devices, systems, and network.
  • Provide remote and face-to-face technical assistance to end-users.
  • Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • At least 1 year’ experience in IT support.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft O365.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Immediately available is an advantage.
