  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs, notebooks, iPads and iPhones.
  • Hardware and software installation in workstations and servers.
  • Telephone enquiry support on IT matters.
  • User support on Office Automation (OA) software.
  • Diploma in computer related course or better qualification.
  • Proven experience of IT support in government sectors.
  • Holder of IT related cert (e.g., MCP/MCSA/MCSE/CCNA/CLP/CLS) is preferred.
