  • Support the team for 1st and 2nd line IT technical support, manage user enquiry and provide user support.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure operation (e.g., Window Server, firewall), and system to deploy patches, perform data backup, manage IT asset, and its daily operation.
  • Handle IT projects and provide IT advisory services for R&D projects.
  • Manage & review IT procurement requests and maintenance services.
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in IT discipline or related.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in system server support / IT infrastructure operations
  • Familiar in Microsoft Active Directory, O365, network support, IT operations, security, and data backup
  • Experience in VLAN, AWS, AI server is a plus.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills and willing to work with muti-national teammates.
