System Administrator
- Basic support and familiar with VMware (ESXi) and Cloud.
- Administration of Windows Servers, storage, and system, including Active directory, ADFS, Office 365.
- Perform system security patching and vulnerability scanning, identify security vulnerabilities and work on remediation in Head Office and Cloud platforms.
- Implement and basic support of firewall and network (Cisco Switches & Firewall Checkpoint).
- Work with support vendor on performing OS and firmware security updates.
- Monitor system performance, perform system tuning and troubleshooting.
- Assist to provide support to suppliers for project rollout.
- Daily support the operational tasks.
- University degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in system administration and support.
- Certificate on Microsoft products, network, OS platform, IT security is preferred. (e.g., MCSE & CCNA).
- Proficiency in Windows platform and products, troubleshooting, technical project management.
- Knowledge in network technologies & basic command.
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
