  • Provide on-site technical support on all aspects of IT hardware, software, and network issues for end-users in bank.
  • Provide 1st tier support ad hoc projects and other IT members.
  • Maintain the IT inventory record and perform inventory check.
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of IT support experience.
  • Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player, under working pressure.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
