  • Provide 1st tier IT-related troubleshooting and support.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Relocation for desktop items and maintains the correct inventory record.
  • May need to provide support outside office hours and on weekends (Occasionally).
  • Provide support on equipment maintenance.
  • Degree/Diploma holder in information technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT support.
  • Good written & spoken communication skills.
