  • Provide helpdesk and remote IT support.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Sustain the Tier-1 hotline operation to fulfill customer contract requirement and scope of work.
  • Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • HKDSE or Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 1 year IT support experience.
  • Good Cantonese, English and Mandarin for communication.
  • Knowledge of helpdesk operation, MS Windows, O365 and Exchange Mail.
