- Receive and solve IT related inquiries from users through phone and email.
- Provide support in Windows, mobile devices, and hardware/software maintenance.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- HKDSE, Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline Good Cantonese, English and Mandarin for communication.
- Have working knowledge of IT support operation.
- Well communicator with customers.
