  • Prepare tender specifications for large scale project implementation.
  • Analyse and evaluate user requirements by coordinating with the users and outsourced vendors to define the project deliverables, user requirements, system design and data availability with consideration of cyber-security.
  • Liaise with internal IT teams, users and outsourced vendors to ensure deliverables meeting the requirements with good quality.
  • Manage vendors to run functional and non-functional tests in corresponding environments, such as SIT, UAT, pre-production and production.
  • Take the responsibility of the interfaces / integration of different legacy systems and platforms.
  • Work with the project manager to ensure the project is run in good shape.
  • Work with Business Analysts and outsourced vendors to provide sound technical and consultative advices and training to users.
  • Be responsible to carry out the on-going support duties on delivered system after rollout .
  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Over 5-year experience in system support or application development, of which at least 3-year experience in the capacity of System Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience in application development in Java framework and frontend development framework such as React / Next.js.
  • Experience in API integration with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in Cloud solution and architecture design on AWS / Azure cloud environment.
  • Knowledge in Microservice, DevOps and Container Management (Docker and Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge in OAuth2 framework.
  • Knowledge in SQL or MongoDB.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Exhibition fairground logistics, and Exhibition fair rollout is a definite advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale Agile project implementation and tendering exercise is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese .
