  • Perform on-site network support.
  • Provide technical support on corporate LAN/WAN, with emergency support service when critical problems.
  • Good knowledge of Cisco & Huawei switches / routers, Juniper & Fortigate firewall and networking technologies.
  • Provide technical support of daily support, network operation and problem resolution.
  • Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Support experiences on Cisco & Huawei, Switches / Routers, Juniper & Fortigate firewall configure and patch support.
  • Good communication skill for daily operation.
  • Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure.
  • At least 1-year relevant experience in IT support, system administration and networking.
