Network Security Engineer
- Check system healthiness and performance on a daily basis.
- Perform system monitoring and tuning, system administration and housekeeping activities.
- Conduct patch review and annual patch management exercise.
- Troubleshoot system incidents and is responsible for problem diagnostics and escalation to vendors.
- Automate and streamline system operations.
- Develop Disaster Recovery procedures and participate in business continuity drills.
- Perform system upgrade.
- Develop system administrative procedure, operation instructions, documents, network diagram and other related documentations.
- Provide support to other IT teams on daily system administration and testing.
- Prepare system usage and performance reports; and provide 24x7 on-call standby services and work irregular hours as directed when needed.
- University degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of related IT working experience, in which at least 2 years of solid experience in configuring the system equipment in Networking, Firewall Systems, Web Proxy Server, Anti-malware System, AI-based Network Behaviour Anomaly System.
- Strong knowledge in network protocol. IT security and technical troubleshooting skills and professional level certification in networking and system security, such as CISSP.
