Senior Data Center Operator (Bank)
- Provide daily Data Centre operational support, including system and network health check, and monitoring.
- To operate various computer equipment, carry out first line diagnosis of problems & take corresponding actions according to pre-defined procedure.
- Monitor data center networks and systems.
- Perform any other operations duties as assigned by superior.
- Perform the routine tasks and adhere to standard operations guidelines and procedures.
- Candidate with relevant experience would be preferred.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Higher diploma in any IT related disciplines.
- 2+ years relevant work experience in IT support or Data Centre operation.
- Knowledge in DC operation/ NOC environment.
- Shift duty is required.
- Highlight:
- 7 x 24 shift duty support.
- Less experience will also be considered for junior role.
