  • Receive and solve IT related inquiries from users through phone and email.
  • Provide support in Windows, mobile devices, and hardware/software maintenance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • HKDSE, Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Good at Chinese and English typing (Chi & Eng: 30wpm).
  • Have working knowledge of IT support operation.
  • Well communicator with customers.
