Network Engineer
- Manage the WAN/LAN for all HK Offices while collaborating with the external service provider to guarantee the services meet the SLA level, including site migration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance.
- Ensure that the IT Network infrastructure meets compliance and security standards.
- Support in the setup of IT Network Infrastructure and network integration for new office setups.
- Responsible for implementing and managing the LAN, WAN and WiFi networks in accordance with the Group's standards.
- Work with the Group network team to define network design and standards.
- Develop and manage a governance best practice to ensure the platform's quality and security across the local BU.
- Constantly provide enhancements and solutions to ensure the highest degree of network infrastructure availability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure in a large organization.
- Experience in vendor management for solution proposal, delivery, service level control.
- Solid experience in network administration including Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, Load Balancers, SD-WAN and Firewalls in a multi-vendor environment such as Cisco, Checkpoint, F5 and others.
- With banking or Insurance sectors experience is highly recommended.
- Holder of CCNA/CCNP is preferred, but not a must.
- Cloud Networking/Platform experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
