  • Provide daily IT support services to end-users.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks in projects and IT services.
  • HKDSE, Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • At least 1 year’ experience in IT support.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Immediately available is preferred.
