SW8598 | 17 Jan 2024 Helpdesk and Deskside Support Engineer (30-40k / No OT)
  • Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through to a ticketing system.
  • Familiar in O365 support.
  • Perform first tier troubleshooting with on-site and remote tools.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Be responsible for drafting technical documents.
  • Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Three years working experience in related IT field is preferable.
  • Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.
  • Knowledge on Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft is must.
  • Good command on written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
