SW8601 | 23 Jan 2024 Network Support Engineer (20 – 30k)
  • Implement network infrastructure installations and configurations.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and support of network infrastructure and various client services.
  • Setup and manage the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network devices, firewalls, and servers.
  • Perform first-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem.
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related subject.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in Network management such as: Cisco switches, routers, Cisco Wireless Controller, Checkpoint Firewall, Fortinet Firewall.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and configuring relevant technologies.
  • Ability to perform advanced problem determination / resolution.
  • Good Command in written and communicate in English and Chinese.
