Technical Product Specialist (Archiving Solutions, 40-60K)
- Managing the internal customer engagement process proactively to ensure customer success.
- Working with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), and corresponding management of dependencies.
- Producing and utilizing management information to improve project/program quality and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce time spent undertaking manual tasks.
- Capacity and Cost Management.
- Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered platform services.
- Business stakeholder management to communicate product roadmaps and keep stakeholders informed about the Delphix capabilities available.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience delivering archiving solutions in an agile work environment.
- With banking or financial sectors experience are recommended.
- Familiarity with archiving technologies (OpenText InfoArchive, etc) is preferred.
- Experience with OpenText InfoArchive and AppBuilder is a plus, but is not required.
- Strong communication skills.
