  • Provide helpdesk and deskside service to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot any hardware and software related issues.
  • Assist IT manager to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services.

  • At least 1 year of relevant support experience.
  • Good technical skill in PC desktop aspects.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • 20-25K based on experience.
  • 5-day week.
  • Banking Finance Exposure.
