  • Receive and solve IT related inquiries from users through phone and email.
  • Provide support in Windows, mobile devices, and hardware/software maintenance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • ***Immediate Available is Highly Preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant support experience.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
  • Have working knowledge of IT support operation.
  • Well communicator with customers.
  • 20-25K based on experience.
  • 5-day week.
  • Banking Finance Exposure.
  • Friendly and Energetic Working Environment.
