IT Business Analyst (25-35K)
- Engage in collaboration with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements, conducting feasibility studies to define project scope and deliverables.
- Take a proactive approach in managing potential risks throughout project implementation, offering recommendations for mitigating measures if necessary.
- Formulate and execute test plans, encompassing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, to ensure the high quality and reliability of IT systems.
- Perform a thorough analysis of existing and future processes through comprehensive process mapping, aiming to identify areas for improvement.
- Exhibit a profound comprehension of business processes, systems, and tools, with special emphasis on assessing the impacts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in IT systems development, business analysis or system analysis role.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to create clear and concise business requirement documents and functional specification documents.
- Must have a proven track record in engaging in comprehensive business requirement discussions and documenting them effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
