Deskside Support Engineer (18-25K)
- Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, Mac, PC, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
- Physically set up computers and software system installation
- Communicate effectively with end users and other support parties.
- Escalation / Complaint handling under the general End User Support cases
- Provide Install, Maintenance, Move and Change of deskside services to end users.
- Managed server infrastructure and other resources.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, maintenance, and support as needed.
- Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
- Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
- Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
- Experience on end user support with at least 1 years’ experience.
- Experience on Mac support is preferred.
- Good attitude, Good customer service, Well communication and documentation skill.
- 18-25K
- 10-15 Days Annual Leave
- 5-day Work Week
