SW8637 | 10 Apr 2024 Deskside Support Engineer (18-25K)
  • Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, Mac, PC, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.
  • Physically set up computers and software system installation
  • Communicate effectively with end users and other support parties.
  • Escalation / Complaint handling under the general End User Support cases
  • Provide Install, Maintenance, Move and Change of deskside services to end users.
  • Managed server infrastructure and other resources.
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, maintenance, and support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
  • Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
  • Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
  • Experience on end user support with at least 1 years’ experience.
  • Experience on Mac support is preferred.
  • Good attitude, Good customer service, Well communication and documentation skill.
  • 18-25K
  • 10-15 Days Annual Leave
  • 5-day Work Week
