Deskside Support Engineer (23-28K)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services.
- Physically set up computers and software system installation.
- Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring the normal operation of the IT system.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests.
- Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
- Experience on end user support with at least 1 years’ experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is advantaged.
- Good attitude, Good customer service, Well communication and documentation skill.
- 23-28K
- 10-15 Days Annual Leave
- 5-day Work Week
- Exposure to Multinational Company
