  • General deskside support (e.g. plug in cables, cable re-arrangement).
  • PC: installation, configuration, repair, technical support and troubleshooting on IT desktop PC hardware.
  • Windows projects migration.
  • Assist on the IT system configuration update (by following the customer instruction).
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years or above related experience.
  • Experience in handling change requests and user requests.
  • 15-20K Depends on Experience
  • 10-20 Days Annual Leave
  • 5-day Work Week
  • Friendly and Energetic Working Environment
