Senior Deskside Support Engineer (24-30K)
- Work with customers to resolve user's issues relate to technology such as MS Windows workstation, MS Office, MS Teams, anti-virus, Encryption, printing.
- Perform on-site desktop/network support including Hardware/Software troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation.
- Reporting & analysis on operations for further service delivery performance enhancement.
- Provide ad-hoc/ on-call support for urgent incidents and support activities during non-office hours may be required.
- Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
- Experience on end user support with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Experience on reporting via Power BI, Cognos, Crystal Report, Business Object or Excel is an advantage.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
