  • Design and transform the corporate network.
  • Develop the network governance framework and define standards for on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
  • Enhance and optimize network performance and security to meet standards.
  • Co-ordinate the inter-networking with local and regional network support.
  • Liaise with vendors for project implementation.
  • Manage service team and act as top tier escalation point for BAU support.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams or BU IT to gather requirements and develop network solutions that meet business needs.
  • Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Conduct regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in network architecture.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of network policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to BU IT.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of network-related issues.
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network architecture or a similar role.
  • Holder of professional/technical certificates in networking or security will be advantageous, CCNP certified preferred.
  • Familiarity with network security best practices and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in network architecture design, multi-branded network equipment management and/or network solutions implementation.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing network equipment from vendors such as Huawei, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, FortiGate, H3C, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Drive to success with new generation solutions, including ZTNA, SD-Wan, Prisma Access, etc.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated, initiative with good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) in both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
