SW8680 | 31 Jul 2024 Helpdesk and Deskside Support Engineer (18-25k)
  • Perform IT helpdesk frontline support (On-site, Phone, E-Mail, etc).
  • Technical Support for Desktop PCs – both Software and Hardware.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience.
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Be a good team player with minimum supervision.
  • Good command on written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
