SW8683 | 06 Aug 2024 Deskside Support Engineer (24-30K)
  • Manage on-site team to deliver day-to-day support and troubleshooting operation to ensure a smooth and efficiency operation.
  • Work with customer to resolve VIP user's issues relate to technology such as MS Windows workstation, MS Office, MS Teams, anti-virus, MDM, Mobile Apps, Encryption, printing.
  • Perform on-site desktop/network support including desktops and laptops installation, image cloning, Hardware/Software troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation.
  • Analysis on operations for further service delivery performance enhancement.
  • Provide ad-hoc/ on-call support for urgent incidents and support activities during non-office hours may be required.
  • Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
  • Experience on end user support with at least 4 years’ experience.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
