System Administrator (25-28K)
- Administer IT infrastructure and provide technical support.
- Troubleshooting and resolve daily incidents.
- Use infrastructure as a service (IaaS) from cloud providers such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
- Responsible for hardware, software and network equipment installation, configuration and upgrade.
- Responsible for infrastructure project implementation and evaluation.
- Liaise and manage vendor to resolve infrastructure issues / projects.
- Assist to handle ad-hoc projects.
- Higher Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in system administration and implementation.
- Proficient on VMWare, Linux and Windows system administration and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in MS SQL / MySQL and MS Exchange Server administration is preferred.
- Knowledge in SAN / NAS infrastructure, Backup / DR solutions.
- Cloud infrastructure certification is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, good spoken and written English/Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Self-motivated in a fast pace environment.
