Technical Engineer (Gov project) (20-25K)
- Facilitate the setup of domain accounts, departmental portal accounts and VPN accounts for users;
- Interact and follow up with other contractors for maintenance and fault reported for any IT equipment including PCs, notebooks, printers, scanners, monitors, mobile devices, software, servers and network equipment until case completed;
- Answer Helpdesk hotline phone call and provide remote support through remote assistance software;
- Produce regular reports on network traffic, virus infection, internet attack, PC switch on after office hour, usage, and performance reports;
- Maintain and update the system documentation to reflect the latest production systems.
- At least higher diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology or computer science;
- CCNA/ MCSE qualification is preferable;
- At least 1 year working experience as Government Office Automation resident support staff;
- Good attitude, Well communication and documentation skill.
