  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to users.
  • Daily support for VIP users.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone/ email.
  • Open service ticket, set priority and assign tasks to support engineer.
  • Provide first level Microsoft office, O365, business productivity tools cand support.
  • Conference setup MS Teams, Zoom.
  • Provide First-level daily support on both network, desktop hardware & software problem.
  • Installation of new Printer, PC hardware and software.
  • Provide VPN client, mobile device and network access support.
  • Provide support on Windows 10 upgrade and software program deployment.
  • Provide PC building for new joiners or new PC- via SCCM.
  • Diploma or above on IT.
  • 3 years of relevant support experience.
  • Good Problem Diagnosis skill.
  • Good technical skill in PC desktop aspects.
  • Effective communication and good people skill.
