  • Work closely with internal departments to conduct user requirements gathering and analyze business requirements.
  • Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals.
  • Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test plan.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
  • Design specifications and manual for workflows improvement.
  • Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience working in a technical writing position.
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office an Agile methodology.
