  • Coach the scrum team in self-management and crossfunctionality.
  • Help scrum team understand the need for clear and concise product backlog items.
  • Ensure all scrum events take place and deliver as expected.
  • Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
  • Experience on scrum master with at least 2 years’ experience.
  • Well versed in collecting user requirements, streamlining & defining processes and preparing documentations.
  • Good attitude, Good customer service, Well communication and documentation skill.
