System Engineer (25-40K)
- Responsible for end-to-end support for application evelopment process including but not limited to installation, configuration, simulation or testing environment preparation.
- Support users on system related issue handling and troubleshooting upon go-live.
- To perform, liaise with relevant departments for project implementation tasks, requirement analysis, UAT etc.
- Ensure the system run smoothly by provdig on-call support to operation team.
- Monitor the platform, taking proactive action to maintain high level of support service.
- Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
- Experience on system engineer with at least 2 years’ experience.
- Well versed in collecting user requirements, streamlining & defining processes and preparing documentations.
- Good attitude, Good customer service, Well communication and documentation skill.
- 25-40K
- 10-15 Days Annual Leave
- 5-day Work Week
