  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Attend the maintenance work and solve onsite technical problems.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • DSE/Diploma or above in information technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT support.
  • Good written & spoken communication skills.
