  • Work closely with internal departments to conduct user requirements. Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals.
  • Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test plan.
  • Design specifications and manual for workflows improvement.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications and functional documentation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
