Application Developer (25-45K)
- Understand and analyze business needs; gather requirements from business users.
- Participate in technical and design discussions with system architects and strategic partners to ensure best practices during implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose application solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to transition solutions from the development environment to production.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Prepare system architecture documentation and user manuals for deliverables.
- Assist in planning and conducting various stages of application testing.
- Continuously optimize platform performance.
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in science, engineering, or related fields.
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
- Web application development using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in designing and building web applications with React, Django, Flask, Streamlit, and low-code platforms.
- Knowledge of frontend development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with proficiency in React.js and Next.js frameworks.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD tools and their integration into software development processes.
- Experience in application development on cloud platforms.
- Data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
