Analyst Programmer (FMS/ Workflow/ CRM/ ERP, 40-55K)
- Support Oracle Financials, eProcurement, ePayment integrations, Workflow applications, MS Dynamics CRM, and other ERP systems.
- Contribute to the Workflow System Revamp, emphasizing mobility with K2 Five, SPA development using OAuth 2.0, and REST API integration.
- Collaborate with users to analyze requirements, identify issues, determine data availability, reporting needs, and system design considerations.
- Support system design, development, setup, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
- Explore and implement new technologies to create innovative solutions for various challenges.
- Address user inquiries locally and globally, delivering ad hoc reports and technical assistance as required.
- Monitor system performance and health, performing tuning to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure proper system maintenance and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system support or application development.
- Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Financials or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in application development using Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, .NET, JavaScript (Angular / React SPA), K2 Five workflow, GitLab CI, RESTful APIs, DevOps practices, and Linux are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
