Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity, Government, 25-35K)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an IT-related role.
- Experience participating in cybersecurity projects.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions (e.g., anti-virus).
- Strong support skills for end-users, with advanced proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security support.
- Proven experience in project budget management at an advanced level.
- Extensive experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
