Infrastructure Manager (Government, Healthcare / Medical, 65-80K)
- Oversee and manage network planning and implementation for new hospital and clinic projects.
- Lead and coordinate with infrastructure teams to:
- Conduct detailed installation planning, scheduling, and site coordination.
- Improve quality management across multiple contractors.
- Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Track site handover activities and address installation issues.
- Manage equipment delivery schedules and resolve vendor supply chain issues.
- Utilize management tools to prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects.
- In-depth technical expertise in deploying structured cabling systems and infrastructure for new buildings.
- Proven experience managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards through standardized processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proactive learner, self-motivated, responsible, capable of working independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the healthcare and medical industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
