Junior Programmer (AI / Python, Government, 20-25K)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in application development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Basic knowledge of AI and Business Intelligence (BI), with experience in visualization tools such as Qlik Sense.
- Experience in the following areas:
- Python and machine learning projects.
- Python development using machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn) or deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Exposure to clinical data machine learning.
- Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies.
- Computer Vision, Time Series Data, Natural Language Processing.
- API development and Java programming.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
