SW8869 | 27 Oct 2025 VIP Deskside Support Engineer (End-user Support, 25-30K)
  • Provide on-site technical support services (incident & request) for all VIP users.
  • Resolve hardware & software related issues, not limited to M365/O365, desktop / laptop windows OS platform, Apple MAC OS platform, Android/IOS, Anti-Virus, MobileIron, VC support (MS Team, Webex, Zoom) etc.
  • Support users with network connectivity issues i.e. device configuration, IP addressing, LAN/WAN, VPN, direct TCP/IP output and network printing.
  • Diploma / Degree holder in IT, computer science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of related work experience with VIP support experience is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge on desktop, networking, and general PC applications (Window 11, M365); Mobile device support such as iPhone, iPad, Android.
  • Skills in problem solving via remote (phone, email and in person).
  • Holder of MCSE or IT professional certification or above.
  • Ability to work under working pressure, willing to listen and learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
