Helpdesk Support Engineer
- Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through to a ticketing system.
- General MS Office related support.
- Perform first tier troubleshooting with on-site and remote tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
- At least one year working experience in related IT field is preferable.
- Knowledge on Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft is must.
- Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.
- Good command on written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
