End User Support Engineer (18-25K)
- Provide in-house / on-site technical support services for end users.
- Deal with hardware & software related issues: PC/Notebook, Window 7/10/11, VC support (Webex, Zoom, VooV Meeting), laptop & mobile devices (Apple OSX/iOS/Android) etc.
- Support O365/M365 applications including Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, escalating complex issues to the line manager as necessary.
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations.
- Diploma or above in IT, computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year in IT end user support is preferred.
- Knowledge in building Windows PC using corporate images.
- Knowledge of PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support.
- Skills in troubleshooting via remote (ticketing, phone, email and in person).
- Experienced in VIP support is a plus.
- Able to work independently, willingness to learn and listen.
- Excellent problem-solving skill in resolving technical issues.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
