SW8881 | 06 Nov 2025 End User Support Engineer (18-25K)
  • Provide in-house / on-site technical support services for end users.
  • Deal with hardware & software related issues: PC/Notebook, Window 7/10/11, VC support (Webex, Zoom, VooV Meeting), laptop & mobile devices (Apple OSX/iOS/Android) etc.
  • Support O365/M365 applications including Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, escalating complex issues to the line manager as necessary.
  • Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations.
  • Diploma or above in IT, computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year in IT end user support is preferred.
  • Knowledge in building Windows PC using corporate images.
  • Knowledge of PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support.
  • Skills in troubleshooting via remote (ticketing, phone, email and in person).
  • Experienced in VIP support is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, willingness to learn and listen.
  • Excellent problem-solving skill in resolving technical issues.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
