SW8885 | 13 Nov 2025 IT Technician / Technical Support (16-20k)
  • Provide Tier-1 IT support.
  • Hardware and software maintenance: PC/Notebook, Window 7/10/11 upgrades, mobile devices (Apple OSX/iOS/Android) etc.
  • Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of PC.
  • Resolve O365/M365 related issues including Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, escalating complex issues to the line manager as necessary.
  • Diploma or above in IT, computer science or related fields.
  • With 1 year experience of IT support, hardware and software general knowledge.
  • Required remote support (ticketing, phone, email and in person).
  • Knowledge of PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support is preferred.
  • Able to work independently, willingness to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving skill in resolving technical issues.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
