IT Technician / Technical Support (16-20k)
- Provide Tier-1 IT support.
- Hardware and software maintenance: PC/Notebook, Window 7/10/11 upgrades, mobile devices (Apple OSX/iOS/Android) etc.
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of PC.
- Resolve O365/M365 related issues including Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, escalating complex issues to the line manager as necessary.
- Diploma or above in IT, computer science or related fields.
- With 1 year experience of IT support, hardware and software general knowledge.
- Required remote support (ticketing, phone, email and in person).
- Knowledge of PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support is preferred.
- Able to work independently, willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skill in resolving technical issues.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
