SW8886 | 13 Nov 2025 Position: IT Service Desk Specialist (16-20k)
  • Tier-1 IT hotline support to fulfill customer requirement and scope of work.
  • Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through a ticking system.
  • Resolve hardware, software and O365/M365 related issues including Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Assist in any IT duties assigned by supervisors.
  • Diploma or above in IT; any other fields are welcome.
  • 1+ year experience of IT technical support or customer service.
  • Relevant working experience in call centre is highly preferred.
  • Experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows, O365/M365 and account administration.
  • Detail-oriented, with customer and service orientation.
  • Proficient in word processing with Chinese and English (Chi & Eng: 30 wpm).
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
