IT Customer Service Executive (16-20k)
- Provide technical support via phone and email to address query/incident reported from users.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT-related issues (e.g. Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams and SharePoint etc.).
- Follow up with the status of cases.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Diploma or above in IT; any other fields are welcome.
- DSE graduates will also be considered.
- At least 1 year experience of IT support or customer service.
- Relevant working experience in call centre is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Windows, O365/M365 and account administration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in word processing with Chinese and English (Chi & Eng: 30 wpm).
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
