Project Manager (AI, Government, 65-80K)
- Develop project plans, define project scope and objectives, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and allocate resources required for the successful execution of IT programs and projects, including personnel, budget, and application development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, researchers, IT teams, and external partners, to gather project requirements, foster collaboration, and ensure stakeholder involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee and manage the execution of specific projects, including coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with external vendors or technology partners, if applicable, to evaluate and select solutions, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, senior management, and other relevant parties; prepare regular project reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations; implement processes and procedures to maintain data integrity, protect patient privacy, and comply with relevant healthcare regulations.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10+ years managing and delivering complex IT projects, including planning, resource and risk management, stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry, systems, medical terms, and regulations.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
